From an address to a complete file

Start with a postcode and house number. PDOK completes the address; the land registry supplies the year of construction, floor area and use type straight away.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to set up API connections myself?
No. The integrations with the Dutch data stack (PDOK, BAG, EP-Online, the company register, CBS CPI) work straight away, without you configuring keys or connections.
Can I connect my bank account?
Yes. With the direct bank connection (via the PSD2 standard) you import your transactions into Protiva automatically and reconcile them against your outstanding invoices. The connection is secure and runs entirely within the EU. Read more under accounting & reports.
Are payments and direct debit available yet?
Paying by iDEAL runs through your own Mollie account, and for direct debit Protiva produces the SEPA file (pain.008) that you submit to your own bank — Protiva does not collect for you or on your behalf. Property management, leases, documents, indexation and the bank connection already work today.
How does tenant identification work?
Tenants verify their identity free through the app, so you know who your tenant is. Verification runs securely within the EU; ID scans are kept briefly in line with the GDPR and then deleted.
