The address, what the problem is and the owner's photos. You see the house's codes while you have a job there, if the owner shares them with tradespeople.
Quotes and invoices
You make them with your own logo and numbering and send them by e-mail, also to customers without Protiva. On a job from an owner, your quote arrives as the price in their app, and they approve it there.
Photos and messages
Every job has its own thread. You show what you found and what you did, so the owner does not have to be there.
Your calendar
All your jobs from all your clients in one calendar, in the Protiva Service app on iOS and Android and on pro.protiva.eu.
Your own code
Owners add you with your nine-character code, without an invitation. You get a message when someone does, and you can remove a client again.
Your company profile
Your logo, what you do, the languages you help clients in and where you work, on a map. An owner sees your name, logo and trades when they add you.
Pro for €15 a month
The account stays free. With Pro the monthly limit on quotes and invoices goes, and your whole team works in one administration. You pay per company and not per person, excluding VAT, and you can cancel each month.

It started with a house in Spain
Protiva started with the founder's own home in Spain, and with the question of whom you call when something breaks there. That question is where this project came from.
An owner wants a tradesperson they can reach. A tradesperson wants a job that says what is wrong, where it is and how to get in. That is why the account for tradespeople is free, and why we earn nothing from your jobs.
Frequently asked questions
What does it cost?
The account is free: no payment details, no commission on your jobs and no fee per request. If you want more, such as colleagues, job sheets, your bank and no monthly limit, you take Pro for €15 a month excluding VAT.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, each month. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for. After that the free limits apply again, and everything you made stays readable and downloadable.
How do I get jobs?
From owners and managers who already know you. They add you with your code or invite you, and then give you a job. Protiva does not sell jobs on.
Does my client need to be on Protiva too?
Yes, the job comes from their account. For an owner who doesn't let, that account is free, so you can simply recommend it to your clients.
Can I send quotes and invoices through Protiva?
Yes. You make them on pro.protiva.eu, with your own logo and numbering. You send them as a PDF by e-mail, also to customers who are not on Protiva. Your customer accepts your quote with one click, and you then turn it into an invoice. A set number each month is free. Quotes and invoices for a job from an owner on Protiva don't count towards it.
What do I see of a client's house?
The address, the job and the photos. You only see codes if the owner shares them with tradespeople, and only while you have a job with them.
Do I work in an app or in a browser?
Both. The Protiva Service app is in the App Store and on Google Play, and in a browser you work on pro.protiva.eu. You see the same jobs on both.
