Can I manage property for several clients separately?
Yes. In Protiva every owner has a separate administration, strictly apart from the others. Your team works across all your clients from one login, while the data stays separated per owner.
Can the owner look in?
Yes. Owners can view their own administration, and only that one: they never see the administrations of your other clients.
What does Protiva cost for a management office?
Offices have their own price list, separate from the owner plans. For property management you pay per property you manage, at a rate that drops as you grow, with a monthly minimum. You pay monthly by invoice, with no onboarding fee and no annual discount, and AI is included in the price. The amounts and a calculator are on the pricing page.
And for VvE management?
There is an environment and a price list of its own for that: a base per VvE plus an amount per home or commercial unit, also monthly by invoice. Owners and residents use Protiva free of charge. If you manage both the VvE and the letting for the same home, it counts in both lists, because they are two assignments.
Can I bring my existing administration across?
Yes, and we do it together. We set up your office account with you and look at which data can come across from your current package. Existing leases go in with the signed copy, address details are completed from the Dutch data stack (PDOK/BAG), and documents are read by AI and linked to the right property, so you don't have to retype everything.
Can I sign up as an office myself?
Yes. When you sign up, choose which kind of office you are and enter your name and email address. The link in the activation email then asks for your office's name and country.
