A screenshot is one thing; recording a walkthrough is another. Ask for a demo account and we will set up a complete portfolio in it: properties, tenants, leases, invoices and books that are already running. You film a genuinely working portal without a single real tenant’s details appearing on screen.

Boilerplate

Protiva is a Dutch property platform for landlords, investors and management offices. It brings the entire rental process together in one package: properties and leases, invoicing and dunning, documents, maintenance, bank reconciliation and built-in bookkeeping with VAT returns. There are no separate modules and no setup fees. Dutch rental law sits at the core rather than in an appendix: WWS point assessment under the Wet betaalbare huur, rent indexation against the CBS consumer price index with its rent ceiling, and the statutory WIK fourteen-day notice. AI runs through the whole workflow instead of a single feature: post and purchase invoices are recognised and linked to the right property, tenant reports are triaged into work orders, contract and letter text is drafted, and an assistant answers questions about the portfolio and the document archive with a reference to the source document. The tenant, supplier and manager portals are included in every plan. All data and AI processing stay within the EU. Prices start at €25 per month.

Earn from what you bring in

35% of your customer’s first 3 months. After that it stops.

If you tell your audience about Protiva, we want to put something against it. You get your own link and your own discount code, so your viewers get something out of signing up too. When someone signs up with it, you receive 35% of what that customer pays over their first 3 months.

After that it ends, and we would rather say so up front than afterwards. A commission that runs for as long as the customer stays sounds better than it is: it has to come from somewhere every month, and that comes out of the room to improve the product for the very customer you brought in. A clear amount with an honest ending beats a percentage we have to walk back in two years.

The figures in the Your commission column are minimums: they apply to a customer who stays within their included properties. Above that the customer pays per property, and that counts too. All excluding VAT and on monthly billing; if your customer pays a year up front, the same period is settled in one payment and comes out slightly lower, because annual billing carries an 8% discount.

How it works

You get a link and a code

Your personal link is ready as soon as you join, along with a discount code your audience can use. You can see for yourself how many people click it.

Someone signs up

That sign-up is attributed to you right away, not at the first payment. That matters: with a 30-day trial, more than a month easily passes between the click on your link and the first money.

You get paid once we do

If the customer moves on to a subscription after the trial, your commission is waiting. If they never pay, there is nothing to share.

Frequently asked questions

May I use these visuals in a paid ad?

As a partner in the programme: yes, to promote Protiva. Outside it, rather not. An ad in our name that we do not know about can make claims we then have to stand behind. Get in touch and we will sort it out.

Can I see the portal without becoming a customer?

Yes, in two ways. You can try it free for 30 days without a credit card, or ask for a demo account that we set up and fill for you. If you are recording or taking screenshots, take the demo account: it is full of realistic data and contains nothing belonging to a real tenant.

Do you have screenshots with real data?

No, and you will not find any here. What we publish comes from a demo environment. Tenants are identifiable people and their data does not go into marketing material.

I am comparing Protiva with a competitor. Will you help?

Gladly, and we will only correct factual errors about ourselves. We do not make claims about competitors. What we know about their pricing, you know too: it is on their site.

Is a file you need missing?

Ask for it. Another format, a screenshot of a specific feature, a logo on a different background: we will just make it.

When do I get paid?

Once your customer pays us, and not before. The 30-day trial earns nothing yet; the first charge after it does. Every commission then waits another 30 days, the window in which a payment can still be reversed. It goes out with the next payout as soon as your balance clears the minimum.

Why doesn’t the commission keep running?

Because we could not honour it without cutting somewhere else. A perpetual commission is a cost that returns every month for work done once, and that bill ends up with the same customer. We would rather pay a solid percentage over the first months, with an ending that is fixed up front.

Someone already knew Protiva and then used my code. Does that count?

Only if there is no account yet. A sign-up is attributed to you the moment it happens; if the account already exists, there is nothing left to refer. What does count is someone who clicked your link weeks ago and only now switches, because the link is made at sign-up, not at payment.
