From an address to a complete file
Type the address
Start with your property’s address. Where a public register is available, the year of construction, floor area and use type come with it.
The file fills itself
Email or upload your documents; Protiva reads them, determines the type and attaches them to the right property, tenant or lease.
And it stays right
Your bank connection pulls in the transactions and reconciles them against your invoices, so your receivables and payables add up on their own.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to set up API connections myself?
No. Whatever public sources Protiva can use in your market work straight away, without you configuring keys or connections. Only your bank connection is something you authorise yourself, once.
Can I connect my bank account?
Yes. The direct bank connection (via the PSD2 standard) imports your transactions into Protiva automatically and lets you reconcile them against your outstanding invoices. The connection is secure and stays entirely within the EU. Read more under accounting & reports.
Are payments and direct debit available yet?
For direct debit, Protiva produces the SEPA file (pain.008) that you submit to your own bank. Protiva does not collect for you or on your behalf. Property management, leases, documents, invoicing and the bank connection already work today.
Which public registers does Protiva use?
That differs per country, and we do not promise one that is not there. Where a country has a usable open register, Protiva completes the property file from it as you type the address; where it does not, you enter those details once and they stay.
