Is Protiva suitable for one or two rental homes?
Yes. The Starter plan (€25/mo for 2 properties, +€10 per extra property) is made for landlords just getting started; above six properties you switch to Essential (€75/mo, up to 10 properties). Both give you property management, leases, document management with AI recognition and a free tenant portal. You need no property qualification to use them.
What does the tenant portal cost my tenant?
Nothing. The tenant portal and the identification of your tenant are always included free, whichever plan you're on. Your tenant never pays for access.
Can I bring my existing data across?
Yes, you can import your properties, tenants and documents. Address details are filled in automatically from the Dutch data stack (PDOK/BAG), so you don't have to retype everything.
