What is a stakeholder and what do you use it for
A stakeholder is an external party — such as a plumber, electrician, roofer, contractor or appraiser — that you link to your property management. Once a stakeholder is linked, you can assign tickets and grant object access.
Where to find this
Go to Stakeholders;
What do you use stakeholders for
You link stakeholders so you can assign tickets to them. A ticket is created in two ways: a tenant creates a ticket from their portal (for example about an issue with the rented property), or you create a ticket yourself and assign it to a stakeholder — for example to an appraiser because you need a valuation report.
Statuses in the overview
Each stakeholder has one of three statuses. Linked means the stakeholder has active access to your tickets and objects. Invited means the invitation has been sent but not yet accepted. Revoked means access has been revoked; you can reactivate the stakeholder later.
Linked contact
You can link a stakeholder to a contact. On that contact you manage address, IBAN and payment details, and use the party on your invoices.
