Overview of the bank page
The Bank page lets you manage all your bank accounts and process transactions. You can see at a glance which transactions still need to be handled and which have already been matched.
Where to find this
Go to Bank;
Account tabs
At the top of the page you will find a tab bar listing all your bank accounts. Each tab shows the account name and — if there are transactions to process — a badge with the count. Click a tab to open that account.
Account header
Below the tab bar the header of the selected account appears. Here you can see the IBAN, the current balance and (for a linked account) the time of the last synchronisation. On the right are the actions for that account: synchronise, edit, link or delete via the action menu.
Transaction list
Below the account header is the transaction list. Transactions are grouped by day and show the counterparty, an optional description, the amount and the processing status. The status badge indicates whether a transaction still needs processing, is partially matched, fully matched or booked without an invoice. Click a transaction to open the reconciliation panel.
Filters and search
Above the transaction list you will find a search bar, a status filter and additional filter options. The status filter lets you switch between all transactions, processed transactions and transactions still to be processed. The filter menu lets you filter by booking type (credit or debit) and by who processed the transaction (manually or the Bank robot). You can also set a date range. Active filters appear as chips next to the search bar and can be removed individually.
Bulk selection
Transactions that still need processing show a checkbox. Select multiple transactions to book them to suspense accounts in one go. As soon as transactions are selected, a bulk bar appears showing the number of selected transactions and the action to book them collectively.
Empty state
If no bank accounts have been added yet, the page shows an empty state inviting you to add your first account.
