Perform a WWS / Rent price check
The WWS / Rent price check lets you verify whether the rent of a Dutch residential property complies with the housing valuation system (woningwaarderingsstelsel). This tab is only visible for properties with use purpose 'residential' in a Dutch portfolio.
Open the WWS / Rent price check
Go to Properties;
- Click the property for which you want to perform the rent price check;
- Open the WWS / Huurprijscheck tab.
If you do not see the tab, check on the Details tab whether the Intended use is set to 'Residential use' and whether the property belongs to a Dutch portfolio.
