Viewing the deposit overview
The deposit overview shows the received, settled and refunded amounts per security deposit, along with the outstanding balance you still hold on behalf of the tenant.
Where to find this
Go to Reports;
- Open the deposit overview.
Columns in the table
Each row represents one security deposit from a lease. The table contains the following columns:
- Object — the property linked to the deposit. Click the name to navigate to the property.
- Eenheid — the rented unit. Click the name to navigate to the lease.
- Tenant — the tenant from whom the deposit was received. Click the name to navigate to the tenant.
- Status — the current status of the deposit: Invoiced, Received, Partially settled, Settled or Refunded.
- Received — the total amount received for the deposit.
- Settled — the amount settled with the tenant.
- Refunded — the amount refunded to the tenant.
- Saldo — the outstanding amount (received minus settled minus refunded).
- Afgewikkeld op — the date on which the deposit was fully settled.
Filtering by property
Use the property filter above the table to narrow the overview to one specific property. By default all properties are shown.
Total row
At the bottom of the table a total row shows the sum of all received, settled, refunded amounts and the total balance.
