Viewing the creditor payments overview
The creditor payments overview shows every payment on a purchase invoice as a separate line, including the payment type, amount, creditor and who booked it.
Where to find this
Go to Reports;
- Open the Creditor payments overview report.
Summary tiles
At the top of the report four tiles summarise the key figures for the current selection. The Total paid tile shows the total amount of all payments. Manually booked shows the amount written off without a bank transaction. Via the bank shows the amount reconciled against a bank transaction. Creditors shows the number of distinct creditor names on the current page.
Table
The table shows the date, type (Manual or Bank), purchase invoice number, creditor name, amount and who booked the payment for each line. A totals row at the bottom covers the entire selection. If a creditor is a linked contact, the name is a link to the contact detail. If it is a free-text supplier, the name is not clickable.
Who booked the payment
The Booked by column shows who recorded the payment. For a manual booking the user's name is displayed. If the Bank robot reconciled the payment automatically it reads Bank robot. If no user was involved it reads System.
Pagination
The report is fetched page by page. Below the table you can set the number of rows per page and navigate between pages. The totals always apply to the entire filtered selection, not just the visible page.
