View and navigate the location map
The Locations page displays all your properties as pins on an interactive map, with key figures above and — when a pin is selected — a Street View image and detail bar below. Depending on whether you have selected a portfolio or are viewing the total overview, the colour and grouping of the pins changes.
Where to find this
Go to Locations;
Total overview versus portfolio mode
When no specific portfolio is active, the map shows all properties across all your portfolios. Each pin is coloured by its portfolio and a filter row appears above the map that lets you show or hide portfolios. If you do select a portfolio, the map shows only that portfolio's properties and pins are coloured by rental status: green for rented and blue for available. A legend with those colour meanings then appears below the map.
Page layout
At the top are four key-figure tiles: Properties, Units, Occupancy and Portfolio value. Below them sits the map, which takes up two thirds of the width, with a Street View panel to its right that appears as soon as you select a pin. Beneath the map and the Street View panel a detail bar shows the address, status, number of units, construction year, area, energy label and WOZ value of the selected property, plus a link to open the full property.
When the map is not available
If no Google Maps key has been configured, the page displays a message instead of the map. If no properties have been created yet, the text "No properties to display on the map yet." appears.
