View your current subscription on the Account details page
The Account details page shows which Protiva subscription is active and lets you navigate to subscription and credit management.
Where to find this
Go to Settings;
- Open Account details.
Subscription
At the bottom of the page you will find the Subscription section. It displays the Subscription label followed by the name of your current plan (for example Starter, Essential, Professional or Enterprise). The Manage subscription & credits button takes you directly to the Subscription & credits page, where you can change your subscription and manage your credit balance.
