View upcoming invoices and create them manually
The Scheduled tab shows a projection of invoices that Protiva will create automatically based on active leases and financings. This lets you see which invoices are coming up and optionally create one ahead of time.
Where to find this
Go to Sales invoices;
- Click the Scheduled tab.
What you see here
The list shows all invoices expected within the projection window. Each row displays the recipient, the property, the amount and the planned date. The total amount of all upcoming invoices appears as a tooltip when you hover over the tab.
Manually create a draft invoice
If you do not want to wait for an upcoming invoice and prefer to prepare it as a draft now, click Create now on the relevant row. The invoice then appears under the Draft tab and will not be generated automatically again for the same period.
