View the objects table on the dashboard
The objects table shows a compact overview of all properties in the active portfolio, including their status, number of units, monthly rent and WOZ.
Where to find this
Go to Dashboard;
- Under Extra components, enable the Properties section.
What you see here
The table contains the following columns:
- Property — the name of the property, shown as a clickable link to the property detail page;
- Status — the rental status of the property, displayed as a colored badge;
- Units — the number of units within the property;
- Monthly rent — the active monthly rent for the property, or a dash if no lease is running;
- WOZ — the WOZ of the property in compact euro notation, or a dash if it has not been recorded.
Click a property name to navigate to that property's detail page. Use the All properties link at the top right of the card to go to the full properties overview.
When is the table empty
If the portfolio does not contain any properties yet, the table displays a message indicating there are no properties. The objects table is only available on the portfolio dashboard; in the Total overview this section is not shown.
