The MJOP reserve card shows the accumulated maintenance reserve from your long-term maintenance plan, so you can see at a glance how much reserve is available for planned maintenance.

What you see here
The card appears in the right-hand column of the dashboard, below Key figures. It is visible on both the portfolio dashboard and the Total overview. The displayed balance is tied to the active portfolio; when you switch portfolios, the amount updates automatically.
