Protiva shows how much storage your portfolio uses and how much is available at the bottom of the document archive sidebar. This lets you see at a glance whether you are approaching the limit.
Where to find this
Go to Documents;
Look at the bottom of the sidebar for the Storage section.
What you see here
The section displays a progress bar and a text line showing the used volume and the total limit of 1 GB. The bar fills up as more documents are stored. When usage approaches the limit, you can free up space by permanently deleting documents from the recycle bin.
