View a stakeholder's object access
On a stakeholder's detail page you can see which properties the party is linked to, whether access is still active and when it expires.
Where to find this
Go to Stakeholders;
- Click the stakeholder you want to view.
Object list
Below the Details section you will find a list of all properties the stakeholder is linked to. For each property you can see the address, an optional reason for the link and the access status. A property with an active link shows the Active badge. If the end date has passed, it shows Expired. If the link has no end date, the text Access with no end date appears. Click a property to navigate to its detail page. If the stakeholder does not yet have object access, the list displays the message This stakeholder does not yet have access to any properties..
