View a tenant's leases
The Leases tab on a tenant's page shows all leases in which this tenant is a party, including their role, term, rent and status. This gives you a complete lease overview at a glance.
Where to find this
Go to Tenants;
- Open the tenant whose leases you want to view;
- Click the Leases tab.
What you see here
Each lease is displayed as a card with the following details:
- The address of the linked property and the tenant's role (Primary tenant, Co-tenant or Guarantor);
- The linked units, or an indication that the entire property is rented;
- The rental segment and the contract's signing status;
- The lease status, such as Active, Draft, Terminated or Ended;
- Key figures at the bottom of the card: period, base rent, service costs, total per month, deposit and term type.
Create a new lease
Click Create lease in the top-right corner of the overview to create a new lease with this tenant pre-selected as the primary tenant.
Open a lease
Click a lease card to navigate to the lease page. There you manage the link, terms and signing.
