Understanding the dashboard tiles (overdue, occupancy, WOZ value, value)
At the top of the dashboard, four compact tiles summarise the key metrics of your portfolio: overdue invoices, occupancy rate, WOZ value, and portfolio value.

Overdue
This tile shows the number of overdue invoices and the total overdue amount. When there is no arrears, the message "No arrears" is displayed.
Occupancy
This tile shows how many rentable units are currently rented. Occupancy is expressed as the number of rented units relative to the total number of rentable units.
WOZ value
This tile shows the sum of all WOZ values of the properties in your portfolio. The subtitle "sum of WOZ values" clarifies that this is a combined total.
Portfolio value
This tile shows the total portfolio value. When a value-growth percentage is available, it is displayed as a year-on-year percentage change.
In the overview mode (all portfolios combined), the same four tiles are shown, but aggregated across all your portfolios.
