Understanding pin colour coding by rental status
When you have selected a single portfolio, Protiva colours each pin on the map based on the rental status of the property. This lets you see at a glance which properties are rented and which are available.
Where to find this
Go to Locations;
- Select a specific portfolio in the portfolio switcher (not the total overview).
Rented
A green pin means the property has the status "rented". This is the default colour for properties with an active lease.
Available
A blue pin means the property is available — it has no active lease and is open for rental.
When the legend appears
The colour legend only appears in portfolio mode. In the total overview, pins are coloured per portfolio instead of by rental status; the legend is not visible in that case.
