The inspections overview

The inspections overview shows all your inspections in a list with status tabs and a search and filter function. Clicking an inspection opens a master-detail view with the condensed list on the left and the full inspection report on the right.

Where to find this

  1. Go to Inspections;

The list

The list shows the type, property address, relevant date, inspector, number of photos and status for each inspection. Above the list a dynamic subtitle indicates how many inspections are scheduled and how many of those fall within the current week.

Tabs

Use the tabs to filter by status: All, Scheduled, Draft and Completed. Each tab displays the number of inspections in that status.

Searching and filtering

Use the search field to search by property, inspection type or inspector. You can also add filters via the filter button to narrow down the list further.

Customising columns

Use the column picker to choose which columns are visible and in what order they appear. The default sort is by date (newest first); click a column header to change the sort order.

Master-detail view

Click a row to open the master-detail view. On the left a narrow list appears with the same search and status filter as the full list; on the right the inspection report is displayed. The search term is shared between the full list and the side list. Each row in the side list shows the inspection type, date, a status dot with the address and optionally the unit. The active inspection is highlighted with a coloured border. Click another row to switch inspections, or close the panel to return to the full list.
