The income chart and cashflow chart on the dashboard
The chart card on the Dashboard displays your monthly income and cashflow across two tabs, giving you an at-a-glance view of your portfolio's financial performance.

Income
The Income tab shows a line chart of your realized and projected monthly income. The Realised line displays actual income over the past six months; the Forecast line projects expected income based on active leases and provided financings. Above the chart you see the Current monthly income and the projected end amount with the percentage difference. When your portfolio contains provided financings, income is broken down into Rent, Interest, Principal, and Costs. The Break down toggle lets you show a per-portfolio breakdown when viewing the Total overview; each portfolio then gets its own color in a stacked chart.
Cash flow
The Cash flow tab shows a bar chart with Income and Expenses per month. Below the chart a summary displays the current month's net result (Net this month). If there are no financial transactions yet, a message indicates that no data is available.
