When your bank account is linked via Ponto, you can manually fetch new transactions. Protiva also syncs automatically when you open an account, but only if the last sync was more than 15 minutes ago.
Manually sync transactions
Go to Bank;
Click the tab of the bank account you want to sync;
Click Synchronise.
After syncing, new transactions appear in the list and the number of transactions to process is updated.
