Overview of linked mobile devices
The Mobile devices overview shows all devices on which the Protiva app is signed in by users of this account. It gives you an at-a-glance view of which phones and tablets are active and who is using them.
Where to find this
Go to Settings;
- Open the Mobile devices page.
User
The name and email address of the user signed in on the device. If the device belongs to the current session, a This device label is shown next to the name.
App
The app the device is linked with, for example Protiva, Protiva Tenant or Protiva Service.
Device
The model or name of the device as reported by the operating system.
OS version
The operating system version running on the device.
App version
The version of the Protiva app installed on the device.
Last contact
The time the device last contacted Protiva. The list is sorted by this column by default (most recent first).
Status
Indicates whether the device is active (Active) or has been remotely signed out (Signed out).
Tabs
By default the All tab shows all devices. As soon as there are signed-out devices, an additional Signed out tab appears so you can view only those devices.
