Open the explanation of yield and LTV calculations
The yield report includes an explanation dialog that describes how Protiva calculates direct yield, value growth, total yield and loan-to-value (LTV). This helps you interpret the figures in the report.
Open the explanation dialog
Go to Reports;
- Click the Uitleg over het rendementsrapport button next to the page title;
- Read the explanation per topic and click Close to close the dialog.
The dialog covers four topics: the property value (market value or WOZ value), direct yield (net annual rent divided by the value), value growth and total yield, and loan-to-value.
