The reminder settings let you define the dunning schedule, texts and intervals Protiva uses to follow up on overdue invoices. These settings apply per portfolio.
Open Reminders
Go to Settings;
Click Reminders in the Sales group.
Here you can configure the schedule with the levels Payment reminder, Formal demand and Notice of default, each with its own interval and text. Switch the active portfolio in the menu to edit the settings of a different portfolio.
