Move a property to another portfolio
Use this feature to move a property from one portfolio to another, for example after a restructuring or when it was assigned to the wrong portfolio.
Move a property
Go to Properties;
- Open the property you want to move;
- Click the three-dot menu in the top right;
- Click Move to portfolio;
- Select the desired portfolio in the Target portfolio field;
- Click Move.
The property appears in the chosen portfolio immediately. Any portfolio-bound links (such as a VvE administrator) are automatically disconnected. If the property still has invoices, contracts or other bound data, moving is not possible and Protiva shows which items need to be removed first.
