Portfolios let you group your real estate by ownership structure — for example private, a limited company or a participation. Each portfolio has its own properties, leases and finances.
Open portfolios
Go to Settings;
Click Manage portfolios in the Property & contracts group.
You now see the overview of all your portfolios, where you can add, edit or delete them.

You'll get an invitation by e-mail from your landlord. Open the link in that e-mail to activate your account. No invitation? Ask them to send it again, and check your spam folder too.
