On the Service charges tab you manage the service cost settlement for a property. This tab is only visible when the service costs module is activated on the Details tab.
Open the Service charges tab
Go to Properties;
Click the property for which you want to manage service costs;
Click the Service charges tab.
The tab only appears when the service costs module is enabled in the Modules & relations section on the Details tab and the feature is available in the country of the portfolio.
