Track market value history

With the market value history you record the estimated sale value of a property per reference year. The most recent value automatically becomes the property's market value and feeds the return calculation and the value development on the overview.

Add a market value

1. Go to Properties;

2. Click the property for which you want to record a market value;
3. Click the Details tab;
4. Scroll to the Market value history section and click Add market value;
5. Enter the Valuation year (the year the value applies to);
6. Enter the Value (the amount as of 1 January of that reference year);
7. Optionally enter a Source (for example appraisal, broker or own estimate);
8. Click Save.

Delete a market value

1. Go to Properties;
2. Click the property from which you want to delete a market value;
3. Click the Details tab;
4. In the Market value history section, click the trash icon next to the value you want to remove;
5. Confirm the deletion.

The market value history only appears for properties in a portfolio outside the Netherlands. For Dutch properties the WOZ history is used instead.
