Link tenants to a lease

On the Tenants tab of a lease you link the primary tenant, co-tenants and any guarantors. This records who is a party to the tenancy agreement.

Link a tenant

1. Go to Contracts;

2. Open the lease you want to link a tenant to;
3. Click the Tenants tab;
4. Click Link tenant;
5. Select the tenant in the Tenant field;
6. Choose the correct role in the Role field;
7. Click Save.

The linked tenant appears in the Tenants overview. Repeat the steps to add co-tenants or a guarantor.
