Interpreting the financial year overview per month
The financial year overview shows the income and costs of a single property month by month, so you can see how the net result builds up throughout the year.

Summary tiles
At the top you see four key figures for the selected year: total income, total costs, the net result, and the average net result per month (annual total divided by twelve).
Chart: trend per month
The chart shows income, interest, owners' association contribution, and maintenance & other costs as coloured lines per month, with the net result as a dark line on top. Realised months have a solid net line; future months appear as a dashed line and are marked as a projection. A vertical dashed line separates realised months from the projection. Series that do not occur in the selected year are omitted from the chart and the legend.
Monthly table
Below the chart is a table showing rent, other income, interest, owners' association contribution, maintenance & other costs, and the net result per month. Future months are marked as a projection: rent then comes from active contracts instead of invoices. A total row for the full year appears at the bottom of the table.
Basis: estimated or booked
Interest and owners' association contribution default to the property estimate (estimated). As soon as you book those costs in the selected year to the Interest or Owners' association contribution account, the actual amount (booked) automatically replaces the estimate, so nothing is counted twice. The control bar shows which basis is active for each item.
Budget vs actual
When you choose the Budget vs actual view, an extra block appears showing the budgeted and actually booked amount side by side for each recurring item. The amount counted in the annual total is shown in bold.
