Key figures on the dashboard
The Key figures card brings together the most important financial key figures of your portfolio in a single overview, so you can see your financial position at a glance.
Where to find this
Go to Dashboard;
- Scroll to the Key figures card in the right-hand column next to the location map.
Outstanding
The total amount of unpaid invoices still outstanding.
Deposit held
The sum of all received security deposits currently held, along with the number of deposits.
Paid this month
The total amount of payments received this month.
Financing (debt)
The total outstanding debt on financings (mortgages and loans) linked to your properties.
Financing provided
The total amount of financings you have provided to third parties, along with the number of provided financings.
Interest income p/m
The monthly interest income from your provided financings. This figure only appears when there are provided financings.
The card is visible on both the portfolio dashboard and the Total overview. In the Total overview, the figures are aggregated across all portfolios.
