Interpreting key figures above the map
Above the location map, Protiva displays four tiles with key figures about your real estate. They provide an at-a-glance overview of the size, occupancy and value of the properties currently in scope.

Properties
The total number of properties in the active portfolio or — in the total overview — across all portfolios. When not all addresses could be placed on the map, a hint appears below the number showing how many are visible.
Units
The total number of rentable units within the displayed properties. Below it, the number of properties containing those units is shown.
Occupancy
The number of rented units relative to the total number of rentable units. A colour bar visualises the ratio: green for rented, light grey for available. Below the bar, the occupancy percentage and the number of available units are displayed.
Portfolio value
The total portfolio value based on the WOZ values of the displayed properties. When a growth percentage is available, a badge appears showing the percentage change in value.
