Filter payments by who booked them

Use the Booked by filter to narrow the creditor payment register to payments booked by a specific source — a user, the Bank robot or the system.

Set the filter

1. Go to Reports;

2. Open the Booked by dropdown in the filter bar;
3. Choose the desired option:
   • Everyone — shows all payments (default);
   • A user — shows only payments booked manually by a user;
   • Bank robot — shows only payments matched automatically by the Bank robot;
   • System — shows only payments processed by the system.

The overview updates immediately. To reset all filters at once, click Reset filter.
