Export the monthly financial year overview of a property as a CSV file so you can process the figures in Excel or another application.
Export the overview
Go to Reports;
Click the name of a property in the table to open the financial year overview;
Click Exporteer CSV.
The CSV file contains the rent, other income, interest, VvE, maintenance & other costs and the net result per month, plus a total row for the selected year.
