Edit property details (address, characteristics, value)

On the Details tab you can update the address, characteristics and financial details of a property. Changes are saved directly via the bar at the bottom.

Edit Property details

1. Go to Properties;

2. Click the property you want to edit;
3. Open the Details tab;
4. Update the desired fields in one or more of the following sections:
   1. Location — change street, house number, postal code, city or country. In the Netherlands you can click Enrich (PDOK/BAG) to auto-fill the address from the BAG;
   2. Property details — adjust Status, Intended use, Rent segment, Construction year, Floor area (m²) or Energy label;
   3. Value & purchase — enter WOZ value, Market value, Purchase price or Sale price.
5. Click Save in the bar at the bottom of the screen.

The WOZ value and Market value fields are also used for the return calculation on the Overview tab.
