Permanently delete a property from your portfolio. If you want to temporarily hide the property, use Archive instead of deleting it.
Delete a property
Go to Properties;
Click the property you want to delete;
Click the three-dot menu in the top right;
Click Delete;
Verify the address in the confirmation dialog and click Delete to permanently delete the property.
If the property still has linked administration (such as contracts or invoices), it cannot be deleted. You will see a message explaining the reason. In that case, use Archive to archive the property instead.
